Although most of our products are final sale due to their digital nature, we always want our clients to understand exactly what to expect.

1. Refund and Returns Policy for Digital Products

Our digital products include downloadable standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and related bookkeeping resources. Because these are instantly accessible after purchase, we consider all sales final once we deliver the files.

However, we recognize that mistakes occasionally happen. If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days, and we will review your request. After confirming the duplicate purchase, we will issue a refund for one of the charges.

If you decide to end a service before completion, please review the terms outlined in your signed agreement. Because these projects involve time and labor, we follow the terms of the contract when issuing refunds. Nevertheless, we will always strive to reach a fair and reasonable resolution under this Refund and Returns Policy.
