  • Due to the digital nature of these items, all sales are final.
  • Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Services

Custom services, including bookkeeping and SOP development, are governed by the separate contract agreement signed at the time of engagement. That contract will outline payment terms, cancellation policies, and any applicable refund arrangements.
